From $155 to $335 monthly, per day of the week, depending on the office.
Each office is fully furnished and can be personalized.
Included: large group room reservations for no additional cost to office sub-leasers, Wi-Fi, lobby with filtered water and tea for clients, ADA accessibility, gender-neutral bathrooms, security, community supplies like tissues, cleaners, community with monthly potluck get-togethers.
We welcome: therapists, healers, massage and reiki, cranio-sacral, educators, medics, writers, entrepreneurs, others…
“Queer” is a reclaimed umbrella term for the broad LGBTQIA+ community, AND can refer to people who defy mainstream conformist expectations.
Working in these fields can often be isolating and lonely. Come and work and gather with us!
Our unique feature is the group room, with capacity for 20. We host 5-8 groups per week, and hope to attract group, workshop, and event facilitators as well!

Lobby
Guests / clients can wait for their appointment comfortably in our lobby. We have room for wheelchairs or mobility devices.

Seeking office space lease, community minded. Enjoys a space that centers the queer experience as professionals, while welcoming all kinds of clients or people in the space.
Willing to attend a monthly potluck meeting the second Wednesdays of the month midday, with all of our collective members. This is part of what builds our community.
Ideally excited about using the group room also. Enjoys a collective work environment, excellence - not perfection. Security deposit: first and last month’s rent.
